Amanda M. Hessein is an associate attorney at Rutledge Ecenia, P.A. specializing in administrative law and regulated industries. She started as a law clerk for Rutledge Ecenia, P.A. in 2016, and quickly became one of the firm’s prominent attorneys for Administrative Law, Alcoholic Beverage Laws and Licensing, Local Government Licensing, Health Care Law and Compliance, Corporate Litigation and Compliance. While in law school, Amanda was a Legislative Assistant for the Florida Press Association, Legal Intern for the Office of the Chief Counsel, Large Business and International Division of the Internal Revenue Service, Treasurer of the Entertainment, Sports and Arts Society and Secretary of the Health Law Society.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar. She is currently President-Elect of the Tallahassee Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Section Representative for the Tallahassee Bar Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political Science from Pace University, where she graduated Cum Laude. Amanda is also a member of the academic Alpha Chi National Honors Society and Golden Key National Honors Society.
